HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BAG?

I have personally researched with my Jude bag. I deliberately didn't protect with leather care , I dropped it on the ground, I took it camping, everywhere I go the bag goes. 

I advise you to be more careful with protecting your bag.  It will scratch and mark as the leather is semi aniline.  High quality leather with less processing.  If you want a bag that doesn't scratch or mark then you go for a bag that has many layers on top of the leather, often shiny and a cheaper leather.

Ripple & Co. products will last a long time.  Nourish them with leather care and a leather protector.

Leather is a skin and it will mark. Pen does mark. (it soaks below the leather skin and you can’t get it out)  

Keep the leather bags away from strong sunlight, avoid surfaces that will scrape and scratch the bag and most definitely away from potential ink stains.  Store the bag in a dust bag (pillow case) when not in use.

HOW CAN YOU GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF MY BAG?

Every effort is made to deliver you a bag/product that is a quality item and this starts with my relationship with the makers of Ripple & Co.products  A  team focused on quality and attention to the small details.  The softness of the leather to enhance the “fall” of  the bag, the lining chosen so you can see inside your bag, ykk zips that are smooth to slide, quality stitching and hardware. Always striving for perfection. Always the expectation.  Always the goal. This is what we strive to achieve for you.  Each bag is an individual product made from an individual skin with its own characteristics, just as we the new owners are individuals and they will vary. Please embrace leather “imperfections” as part of the character of the bag and that each item is individually hand made.  There will be variations.

 

 WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY BAG?

Our mission is that you will be delighted with your bag.  The design has been refined to be stylish, stripped back to simplicity and functional for you to enjoy as a daily experience, wherever you are and whatever you are doing.  It has been designed to adjust to your daily life - strap up, strap down, strap across body, strap over the shoulder, key tag to find keys without searching and easily accessible pockets for your phone, sunglasses, pen and plenty of space for all your daily essentials. 

Leather is a natural product that will have variations in the skin.  The surface itself is nigh on impossible to be “perfect” and even with advanced technology the photos of the product may not be an  “exact” colour match to the bag you receive even with the blood, sweat and tears to make this happen.

 If the bag is faulty or damaged: contact us within 3 days by email: hello@rippleandco.com.au  We will send you a returns form to complete and postage will be at our expense. The bag must be in its original condition and returned wrapped in original packing. ALL ITEMS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE MUST BE RETURNED WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS for refund.

We will either send you another bag or refund your money.  It is your choice.

 HOW DO I KNOW IT IS THE SAME AS THE IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE

Every effort is made that the product you receive is the same as on the website photo.  There will be slight colour variations: each leather skin is different and there will be slight colour variations as a result.  Photography is as true to colour as possible.

 CAN I BUY THE BAG AS A GIFT?

What a delightful idea.  Yes.  We will gift wrap the bag and send to the requested address.

Currently available within Australia.  

 WHAT DO I PAY FOR FREIGHT?

Our goal is to share with you a quality bag at an affordable price.  The cost for freight is additional.   We use Sendle as our courier service.  Their pricing as follows:  500g $7.95  2kg $12.90         5kg $15.45   Any purchases over $150 will be shipped free of charge. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

After payment is cleared we do our utmost to dispatch your order within 3 business days.

Sendle endeavour for delivery within 5 days.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Sendle.

 DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

You need a letter box for delivery.  If you are not home a card will be left in your letter box and you will need to contact the relevant courier.

 DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

Currently our delivery is within Australia.
