Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you love your Ripple & Co piece, but if something’s not quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order.

A Few Things to Note

  • All returned items must be unused, with original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

  • As our leather is natural and hand-finished, some markings and variations are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered faults.

  • If the product is deemed faulty upon inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

  • We’ll email you once we receive and assess your return.

Shipping Fees

We offer a full refund on products returned within 60 days of purchase. However, any shipping fees paid are not refundable. This includes the original shipping cost (if it wasn't free), and any return postage costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

  1. Email jane@rippleandco.com.au to let us know you're sending something back.

  2. Carefully wrap your item and include a note with your full name and order number.
