Every Ripple & Co. piece is crafted with care using premium materials and thoughtful design. You should be able to rely on your bag or wallet for years to come. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.

All Ripple & Co. products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship. This includes things like hardware issues, broken straps, or faulty stitching. It does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or things outside our control (like leather that’s been soaked or stained).

If you believe your item is faulty, email us at hello@rippleandco.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue, whether that means a repair, replacement or refund.
